A downloadable game for Windows and macOS

About the Game

Duo found out you didn't do your daily language lesson, and now he's angry...
Unfortunately, the Internet in your house is spotty, so you'll need to sneak around to find a good signal and complete your lesson before Duo catches you. Can you save yourself, or will you truly learn the meaning of "morir"?

The game allows you to play using questions from a variety of different languages, including English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Russian, and more. Much of the language content has been generously contributed by volunteers - see the "Contributing Language Data" section below if you'd like to contribute as well!

Contributing Language Data

If you're interested in contributing a new language to the game (or improving an existing one), thanks so much! I do want to make it clear that aside from your name being included in the credits, I can't provide compensation.

Please see the Contribution Guidelines to learn more about contributing language info to the game.

In short, for a language to be included in the game, it needs:

  • At least 5 fill-in-the-blank questions with one correct answer and at least three incorrect answers
  • At least 3 words or short phrases to display when the player is caught

The document linked above has more info on what good submissions look like. Additionally, you can check the English or Spanish entries - those were written by me and as such set a good example of what I'm aiming for.

Submitting Bug Reports

You can submit bug reports here: https://github.com/Meorge/POVYouForgotYourDuolingoLessonBugTracker

Note that they may not be fixed soon, if at all - with everything that's happened, I'm hoping to spend some time away from this game for now.
